Bravura Weightlifting LLC - T&C

These Terms and Conditions set out the whole agreement between you and us for the supply of services and constitute an agreement between you and us. Please ensure that you read and understand these Terms and Conditions because you will be bound by them.


i.                Monthly membership entitles you to full use of the facilities of Bravura Weightlifting on a monthly basis, the time and schedule is subject to change and you will be notify in advanced if there are any changes to the schedule.

ii.                Drop-in option is a day pass not a 24 hours pass, meaning that the access is only granted during the date that your purchase the pass.

iii.                Please note that the discounts for teachers, veterans and students are final therefore, that there will be no further discount even if you can only train 2 times per week.


i.                By completing the online application form and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; you agree to pay all Bravura Weightlifting membership and other fees on time.

ii.                Your membership commencement date will be the same as the date that you processed your online payment and will be valid for a period of one month, for avoidance of doubt if you have signed in on the 1st of January your membership will be valid until the 1st of February.

iii.               In the event that your payment is not processed due to lack of funds in your bank account, there will be a 3 days period grace in which you are entitle to process your monthly payment with another card or check. Please note that if your monthly fee is not covered within the aforementioned grace period, Bravura Weightlifting LCC has the right to terminate your membership and denied  access to the facility during that month. No exceptions will be made and no later payments after the grace period will be accepted.


i.          Bravura Weightlifting does not have a contract with you. However, the minimum membership period is 30 days and therefore, if you decide to cancel your membership during your first month, there will be no refunds.

ii.         Bravura Weightlifting has an open policy and each reason for termination will be review on a case by case basis. However, company’s policy is to have no refunds for monthly payments. As such, please ensure that you are fully aware of your commencement date and that your termination notice is given.

iii          The first step in your termination process is to speak directly to your coach Jimmy Diaz, the reason is to understand your situation and ensure that everything is correctly managed.

iv.         The termination notice period is 5 working days before your next payment, to ensure that no further payments will be taken. The due diligence process for such notice is to ensure that you send an e-mail to jdiaz@bravuraweightlifting.com with your full name and date of birth. Please note that we review the e-mail constantly but everyone is prompt to errors. As such, please feel free to talk directly to Jimmy Diaz or Francisco Colina in order to ensure that your membership is terminated.

v.        Bravura Weightlifting has the right to terminate this contract at any time due to the following reasons: Failure to adhere to the Bravura Weightlifting LLC General Rules, lack of payments and wrongful misconduct.


i.                For the purposes of this agreement, a Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the reasonable control of Bravura Weightlifting  including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving Bravura Weightlifting or any other party), failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors.

  1. Bravura Weightlifting shall not be liable to you as a result of any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
  2. If the Force Majeure Event prevents Bravura Weightlifting  from providing any of the services for more than 90 days, Bravura Weightlifting  may, without limiting its other rights or remedies, have the right to terminate this agreement immediately by giving written notice to you.
